Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Mister Tire located at 101 Southeast Pkwy, Azle, TX 76020, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Services Provided

Mister Tire provides automotive services including but not limited to:

• Tire installation, repair, and replacement
• Oil change services
• Brake system service and repair
• Wheel alignment services
• Air conditioning service and repair
• Battery testing and replacement
• Steering and suspension repair
• Air and cabin filter replacement

Appointments and Scheduling

• Appointments are recommended but walk-ins are welcome based on availability
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances
• Cancellations should be made at least 2 hours in advance when possible
• No-show appointments may be subject to a service fee

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made
• We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards
• Estimates are provided in good faith but final costs may vary based on actual work required
• Additional work beyond the original estimate requires customer approval
• Returned checks are subject to a $35 processing fee

Warranties and Guarantees

Service Warranty

• We guarantee our workmanship for 90 days or 3,000 miles, whichever comes first
• Parts are covered by manufacturer warranties
• Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from misuse

Tire Warranty

• New tires come with manufacturer warranties
• Road hazard protection available for additional cost
• Tire repairs are guaranteed for the life of the tire

Vehicle Storage and Liability

• Vehicles left on premises are stored at owner's risk
• We are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles
• Vehicles not picked up within 30 days may be subject to storage fees
• We maintain garage keeper's liability insurance
• Customer is responsible for providing accurate vehicle information

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of services performed. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about vehicle history and problems
• Remove personal items from vehicle before service
• Inform us of any known safety issues with the vehicle
• Pay for services in a timely manner
• Follow recommended maintenance schedules

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Texas state law. The venue for any legal proceedings shall be Tarrant County, Texas.

Environmental Responsibility

We dispose of automotive waste materials in accordance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations. Used oil, filters, and tires are recycled through certified programs.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
